Councillor has reservations about money allocated to upgrade two city parks

Not enough research put into bid, he says

The cost of upgrading two of Charlottetown’s neighbourhood parks is not sitting well with one municipal councillor. “My personal opinion is there wasn’t enough surveillance or research done into this bid,’’ Coun. Mike Duffy said in reference to the $345,000 allocated to enhance Centennial and Queen Elizabeth parks.
